Booster funding at present:

Power to Change funding

We have c.£40k grant and c.£190k equity still available in the PtC Booster budgets.

We have an agreement with Power to Change to invest the equity budget for their Booster fund by the end of 2020. There may be a small exception (if we have enough funds left) to offer an investment into a share offer that launches in autumn 2020 but for which the paperwork and the equity payment is made very early 2021.

The October Panel meeting is on 21/10/20 and so the deadline for applications and supporting docs is noon 07/10/20. We would need to see the final share offer document and business plan that has been assessed for the Standard Mark.

If the society manages to submit earlier, then it will be first in the line of assessments.

If we get the application for the October Panel and presuming that it is approved for investment, that would mean that the funds would be ring-fenced so that when the share offer closes at the end of January latest, we could do the paperwork/payment in early February pronto.

It is very likely that the October Panel meeting will be the last at which the present round of PtC funding will be available to award.

Architectural Heritage Fund funding

AHF Booster funding runs until 2023 but please be aware that it is for a much smaller amount than the PtC funding. We have c.£90k grant and c.£300k equity still available in the AHF budgets.

To be eligible, the applications must be from heritage projects that are working with a listed building/a building in a conservation area AND are focussed on high street revival and economic resilience.
